9/10/2023 0 Comments Ad muncher vs adblock![]() I have an AdBlock extension for my Chrome browser on desktop. With all the talk of blocking the Tbell Pete and, what do you all do for other ads? I'm using this ad block plugin in chrome, so I don't think this is an ad. I tried getting a new IP from Nord, but it still didn't fix it. I'm using NordVPN with kill switch enabled, and I already checked with and to confirm I'm routing all traffic through the VPN. In fact, Ad Muncher is a pretty solid choice for the tech-savvy individual who likes plenty of customization options. This issue just appeared today, I've never seen it before. If I were you I would contact official steam support at the Steam Help Page, maybe they'll be able to help you, make sure to use an AD-Block or a VPN to stay safe out here on the internet. I get WAY more when I use my iphone though. I use an ad blocker though so maybe thats why. Interesting, I usually don't get pop ups on soap2day or that site(only if I miss click on the play button or something similar sometimes). If you switch to a browser like Brave or Opera GX, you can have a built-in one, which is easier. To those who have used it, and ideally those who have used it and some alternatives (like Adblock Plus back then) so they are personally familiar with the differences, what would you say about it? The only ad blockers I ever heard of were either browser extensions, or feature list padding by anti-virus/anti-malware/similar suites. We only tested Chrome extensions, as it remains the world. We tested each ad blocker in Chrome version 100. It seems it was created 14 years ago and has a website design that dates it to the Windows XP days (I say that a good way I miss when websites had color and personality in their design, even if the "go to" look was Blue skies and some clouds with grass like the Bliss wallpaper haha). All our testing was done on a macBook Pro running macOS 11.6.4. ![]() If you move the layout within the first couple seconds to place an ad where something else just was to cheat a click on an ad in, I don't tolerate that. If I am interested in an ad, I will click on it. After it had done it a number of times, I started copying any post that wasn't real short into the clipboard before posting in case it had crashed. I started using Firefox before the 1.0 release in the Windows XP days, because Internet Explorer crashed one too many times whenever trying to post to forums.
